You close your mind to ideas or concepts because you think it isn’t interesting or it’s useless when you don’t even know what the future may hold for you.
I am not unaware of my lack of curiosity about most things. But when he sort of pointed that out, I realized how my laziness has hindered me from appreciating a lot of things.
This is a sad truth about most of the youth today.
